Nel 1957 nonno Vincenzo apriva la sua piccola bottega immersa nel meraviglioso borgo medievale di Acerenza. Da tre generazioni quel forno non si è mai spento. La famiglia continua la tradizione con papà Michele e con un alleato mai stanco, il lievito madre. I nostri lievitati rappresentano da sempre un punto di forza, i cui sapori antichi si affiancano tuttora alle contaminazioni e alle reinterpretazioni che hanno reso possibile il loro successo. La terza generazione quella di Vincenzo e, successivamente, Giuseppe si dedica ad una intensa ricerca che unisce tradizione e innovazione, caratteristiche imprescindibili per lo spirito della famiglia Tiri. Da più di sessantanni produciamo artigianalmente e tramandiamo dolci lievitati della tradizione italiana. Nel 2014, 2015, 2016 e 2017 il nostro panettone è premiato come il Migliore d’Italia e nel 2017 anche la nostra colomba riceve lo stesso riconoscimento. The offer and sale of products on the website tiri1957.it are governed by these general conditions of sale. The products are sold directly by tiri1957.it with registered office in Potenza (PZ) in Via del Gallitello, 277/279, C.F. and VAT 01995680764, Company Register Number Potenza PZ-149956.

The products that the seller offers for sale on the website are intended exclusively for end users who are consumers, that is, any natural person who wants to purchase the related products for purposes not attributable to their own business, entrepreneurial or professional
possibly exercised.

 

Conclusion of the contract
The contract will be concluded when the purchase order for one or more products made by the customer is accepted electronically by tiri1957.it by sending an order confirmation e-mail to the customer’s e-mail address. Tiri1957.it reserves the right not to process purchase orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in case of unavailability of products by providing communication via e-mail. By transmitting the purchase order electronically, the customer unconditionally accepts the General Conditions of Sale and undertakes to respect the content and the privacy policy.

 

Price
The prices of the products shown on the homepage and in the different sections of the website www.tiri1957.it are intended to include VAT but not transport costs and do not include any taxes, taxes, or other economic and/or fiscal charges applicable in the country of destination of the products, if this is different from Italy, which will be borne exclusively by the customer.

 

Payment
Credit card: you can pay by credit card through the PayPal system.

 

Delivery
All items ordered online within 09:00 of the working days, if available, will be entrusted to the courier the same day.

For delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times higher than those indicated depend exclusively on impediments found by the carrier and should not be considered binding tiri1957.it

Keep in mind that these are handmade products so, even if they result as “available” are necessary from 3 to 8 days for the preparation of the same.

Delivery times for available products vary from 3 to 10 days. Delivery times are subject to change during the holidays (Christmas, Easter…)

If the recipient is absent, Tiri1957.it will charge the costs of storage and return to the recipient, unless hand-picked by the recipient directly in the warehouse of the courier.

However, in case of inconvenience related to shipping, you can contact our Customer Service at info@tiri1957.it, which will carry out checks to facilitate the delivery of your purchase.

In case of unavailability of the product after the order, we will inform the customer by e-mail as soon as possible and propose a new date for delivery. The customer then has the choice to agree to postpone the delivery date or to cancel the order and get a refund.

 

Guarantees
Purchases made by customers are subject to the statutory guaranteed rules, including, where applicable, the rules laid down in the Consumer Code on guarantees to consumers.

 

Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 59 letters c), d) and e) of the Consumer Code, given the nature of the goods offered for sale, do not apply the provisions on the exercise of the right of withdrawal of the customer.
