Our recipe with three kneading phases and 72 hours of production, and the perfect match between the strong taste of the 100% Arabica coffee and the sweetness of the high-quality white chocolate, give our Panettone a unique and one-of-a-kind flavour. The success achieved by the filling of our award-winning Panettone and Colomba has led us to use it also in the Bauletto.

Ingredients: wheat flour,  white chocolate (25%) (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla aroma), butter, sugar, fresh egg yolks, natural sourdough (wheat), orange paste (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar), espresso coffee (5%), honey, salt, malt, natural vanilla berries of Madagascar.

May contain traces of nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios), milk, sesame.
Highlighted ingredients can cause allergies or intolerances.
