The Black cherry Bauletto, the sweet taste of our territory.
This dessert is already a symbol of Acerenza, the hometown of Tiri family. Since the beginning, it is realized with the typical Black cherry of the place, sweet and soft like few others in the world. The dough is three times leavened, according to our original method, in order to become incredibly soft and fragrant.
Our most original Bauletto, that is produced and very requested for the whole year.

Ingredients: wheat flour, candied cherry 25% (black cherry, glucose syrup, sugar), sugar, butter, fresh egg yolks, natural sourdough (wheat), orange paste (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar)honey, malt, salt, natural vanilla berries of Madagascar.
May contain traces of nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios), milk, sesame.
